There are certain items that cannot be transported by the carrier either because they are hazardous or perishable. Please make sure to set these items aside before packing. Below is a list of the most common prohibited items.

Perishable Items:  Plants, Food or living things which may die or spoil in transit

Frozen Food Live Plants Open Perishable Food Products
Food Requiring Refrigeration Small Pets  

Note: You should empty your refrigerators and freezers and keep the appliance doors open for at least 24 hours prior to loading to allow them to dry out completely and prevent the growth of mold.

Personal Items
Items of personal importance or sentimental value should be set aside and shipped separately to avoid problems should your shipment be delayed or items lost. We recommend that irreplaceable and sentimental items be carried with you instead of being packed with your shipment.
